Asanas classes

A yoga retreat would not be possible without a regular yoga practice. We will be holding yoga sessions every morning before breakfast.

Massage therapies

We will have our own yoga massage therapist on the retreat. Massage therapies will be available on demand and will be designed to be complementary to the retreat experience. All you need to do is enjoy the experience, don't worry, you are in good hands.

Group meditations

We meditate in order to connect with ourselves and our own inner world.

When meditating in a group setting the synergy created carries us to higher meditative states. There also is ample space for anyone to carry out an individual practice.

Satvic diet

Basically a vegetarian (no egg, milk allowed) diet without onions, garlic, mushrooms or pickles.

It is believed within the Yogi community that a satvic diet purifies the mind, removes toxins from our body, thus cleansing both the body and mind.

We do many more activities in these retreats focused on movement and self-wellness. Some of the events include: teaching you breathing techniques, organizing Cacao ceremonies or flow dancing events.
